Use cases
How the Splenta AI stack helps enterprises.
Each Agentic Enterprise product is a system of record; the Platform agents - Arin, PECO and Semorel - operate it under scope and audit. Here is what that looks like, function by function. These cases are illustrative of how the products are designed to work, not delivered results.
Procurement
These use cases cover the everyday procure-to-invoice work SCM is built for: raising requisitions, moving purchase orders through approval, receiving goods, and matching invoices against one supplier and item catalog. Every document is a single scope-gated record with an immutable before-and-after audit, and the same core is reachable over a workbench and an agent surface. Platform agents are designed to operate that record through the exact checks a person would, so nothing acts on your purchasing that the record cannot explain.
Retail
Retail (RMS) is a retail commerce system of record: marketplace storefront, merchant console and B2B buyer portal on one audited core, from quote to order, payment, fulfillment and returns. Its distinguishing bet is a native, scoped agent surface, so the same operations people run in the console can be run by a trusted agent, with every write recorded. These use cases show how the platform agents are designed to work that surface; the product is early, so treat them as illustrative, not delivered results.
Warehousing
Warehousing (WMS) is Splenta's early, single-warehouse system of record for physical stock: one honest number each for on-hand, reserved and available, backed by an immutable transaction ledger. Every move - receive, put-away, reserve, pick, pack, ship - runs as one enforced state machine, and the same command seam is open to your floor team and to Platform agents. These use cases are illustrative of what that design is meant to enable while the product is in active build; they are not delivered results, benchmarks or customer outcomes.
Asset Management
Asset Management (EAM) keeps a single record for every physical asset an organisation runs on - laptops, monitors, network gear, furniture - from requisition through assignment, transfer, depreciation and disposal, with operational procurement wrapped around the same record. It is early and pre-release, and it carries no in-product AI of its own. The use cases below show how the Splenta platform agents are designed to work alongside it, illustratively rather than as delivered results.
Finance
FMS is Splenta's governed finance system of record: chart of accounts and finance masters are durable, while the transactional ledger (GL, AP, AR, cash, tax and close) runs end to end in a session today and is being hardened onto persistence. Its defining rule is structural, not a policy on a wiki - agents read the books and recommend, but no tool can post them. These use cases are illustrative of what the design is built to enable at this early, pre-1.0 stage, not delivered results.
Healthcare
HMS is a multi-tenant hospital and clinic operations platform: one tenant-scoped record carrying a patient from front-desk registration through OPD, admission, theatre, diagnostics, radiology, discharge and billing. These use cases show how Splenta's platform agents are designed to run the administrative and operational load around that record - scheduling, records routing, admissions, billing reconciliation - while clinicians keep every clinical decision. This is an early, pre-1.0 product; the agent runtime is described here as intended behaviour, not delivered results.
