These features encompassed a wide range of services, including the incorporation of SD-case for assessing the credibility of business loans, integration of ABFL APIs for personal loan generation, and the development of C-KYC functionality using JavaScript SDKs. Data retrieval from Equifax and civil sources, as well as PAN verification through Singzy, were also integrated to enhance the app's capabilities. 

 To enhance marketing efforts and improve user engagement, Splenta also integrated Mark-Tech integration into the super app. This feature allowed the NBFC to effectively leverage marketing technologies to target and engage users, driving user acquisition and retention strategies. 

 

With a focus on enhancing user engagement and satisfaction, Splenta incorporated additional features such as LOS and LMS, enabled users to track their spend analysis, investments, taxes, and insurance. Moreover, features like Assured Savings Plan buy journey, Get Help (including request call back and co-browsing functionalities), and Content Management System integration were seamlessly integrated into the app to further enrich the user experience.
